Winter
I look through the window
White is everywhere
If I look inside me
Black is everywhere
But life is much more than black and white
Everything I feel, its gray
Can you count all shades of gray?
I bet you don’t understand
Love is colorful but sometimes suffocating
And when it squeezed my neck
I left everything behind
I moved little far
Far away from love
With a bag full of memories
Memories, how we sat together under stars and dreamt about future
Everything we talked, we understood
Love makes us stupid, but sweetest way
I remember your eyes, they were saying, that
I would never die from hunger of love,
If people would be rich by all love they receive, your hands on mine, I am the richest
Winters were never cold with you by my side
Again
I moved little far
My bag was heavier
Heavier with your tears mixed up with mine
We got lost somewhere
Time caught us
And we fail to catch each other
On top of skyscrapers, I see all those stars beneath me
I see all our dreams frozen like Chicago city
And your heart windiest and cruelest than Chicago city
I am like that tree, so beautiful on fall,
You wanted to click pictures
And when winter arrived,
It is there but you never wanted to glance
But still,
You tried to make it look beautiful on Christmas with lights
But
How long can you try? To change something that time has cast spell upon,
How long can you try?
No one can stand there against winter
Because it would wreck you, freeze you and can destroy you
I hope you saved yourself
Sorry, my lover,
For I can’t change the time
And
In this winter, we are trapped for an eternity.
