At this moment, the maintenance work for raymond mill is of significant importance.
1. Stop grinding at fixed period, regularly inspect the important parts such as the hollow shaft, main bearing, cylinder, reducer, gearwheel and pinion, record their running situation and give appropriate treatment according to the records.
2. In operation, the lubricant temperature of the main bearing should not be more than and that of the transmission bearing and reducer should less than The lubricant should be released completely after using for a month, then thoroughly clean up the machine and replace fresh lubricating oil. In addition, the lubrication condition and oil level of all the lubricating points must be checked every four hours at most.
3. Regularly remove the impurities inside the raymond mill to avoid making the motor overload and causing damages to the motor and reducer. Besides, check if the link chain, roller and chain wheel of the raymond mill are worn badly and the fastening degree of all the bolt connections. Once bolt looseness is found, tighten the bolts timely.
4. The lining plate should be changed when 70% of it has been worn out or the crack on it is as long as 70 mm; Change the main bearing immediately when it is severely worn; Ensure the gearwheel and pinionare in steady transmission without abnormal noise. Timely adjust the gear clearance when necessary.
5. Add a proper amount of steel raymonds according to actual wear condition. If any abnormality is found, stop grinding immediately to inspect and repair.
